Help with your Know account, creator profile, or a conversation.
In the app
Open the menu, then Help & support. That is the fastest way to reach us and it attaches the details we need.
Delete your account
Open the menu in the app and tap Delete account under the sign-out row. This permanently removes your profile, your Know, every source it learned from, and all your conversations. There is no way to undo it.
Report a creator or an answer
Use Not quite under any answer to flag it, or reach us through Help & support with the creator's name and what you saw.
Privacy requests
Access, correction, export, or deletion requests can be started from Help & support in the app. See the Privacy Policy for what we handle.
